JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves identifying hardware and software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, diagnosing and repairing faults, and resolving network problems. You will be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software, and communicating with customers to quickly address their concerns and provide timely feedback.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

REQUIREMENTS:
- Good level of English should be such that the candidate can communicate easily. Also writing skills needs to be at same level.
- Basic Computer knowledge. Understanding of terms like: Web, desktop, mobile (android/iOS).
- Experience in using Conference call applications like: Skype, Zoom, Teams is a plus.
- 1-3 year(s) of other IT experience, knowledge and skill.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Tiếng Anh, experienced with Hỗ Trợ Khách Hàng, knowledge of IT phần mềm, familiarity with Help Desk, and able to use Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp.
