· Manage the administrative, confidential and secretarial duties of the office and your supervisor(s).
· Perform duties for the office in order of workload priority.
· Manage correspondences to and from the office for your supervisor(s) in a professional manner including mail, e-mails and meeting requests.
· Coordinate and maintain an organized schedule for your supervisor(s) based on business needs.
· Assist with the development of reports on behalf of your supervisor(s) as required.
· Coordinate functions and activities with regional, divisional and corporate staff as appropriate.
· Perform other assignments to meet business needs as directed by your supervisor(s).
