Operations Management Team is responsible for ensuring and improving EcoTruck’s efficiency and effectiveness. Our aim is to identify the value stream to customers from operational activities, then we help everyone understand it and fix it before it is broken. To excel in this role, you should be a natural problem solver, able to draw inferences from process details and link these inferences to the company's big picture by considering business objectives in identifying process improvements. You will have a deep understanding of process mapping, business process re-engineering and effective at managing change at speed. Above all, you will be a great teammate, a people's person who continuously goes above and beyond to deliver impact for the Operations Management team and the company. Key Responsibilities:
● Conducting value stream analysis to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of current operations and create vision for a new future state.
● Assist new employee with training and understanding of company's operations
● Create, document and improve company's SOPs, WIs (Work Instructions)
● Review existing and new procedures/controls to identify obstacles, create plans and organize teams to change.
● Lead process change across the Organization including communication of changes and driving the implementation & operationalization of those changes
● Identify, develop materials and present training as opportunities arise
● Uncover and resolve department issues as requested by manager
● Work with manager to detect and recommend employee development opportunities
● Design & monitor team metrics, performance, KPIs
● Work with Product & Tech team to explore, identify and implement new product features
● Interpret business requirements for Business and Technology staffs
● Provide functional and process expertise to product and technology teams

Required Qualifications
● Demonstrated Experience with Operational Management/ Operational Excellence (Program development and processes)
● Ability to structure a large amount of information within a process framework
● Excellent diagramming skills, analytical, facilitation, and communication skills
● Well-versed in Process Improvement
● Experience with Creation and use of Reporting/metrics
● Significant Demonstrated Experience with Business Analysis
Referred Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business Degree preferred)
●years relevant experience
● Experience with Portfolio, Program, Product, and Project Management
● Experience Providing Guidance on Strategic Planning
● Experience Coaching/mentoring/training
● Demonstrates awareness of organizational, cultural group and/or interpersonal dynamics through attentive listening and ability to read the environment
