RESPONSIBILITIES
Looking for candidate sources, posting jobs, filtering CV
Scheduling interviews and phone screens, working directly with candidates and hiring staff.
Provide an exceptional candidate experience by effectively communicating with them and managing their overall candidate experience.
Manage the employee referral bonus program.
Prepare HR & Recruiting information/benefits packages.
Plan and attend recruiting and HR events.
Being responsible for calculation and payment and administration for personnel staffing.
Setting up and maintaining a proper tracking system for the administration of social insurance and medical insurance.
Ensure that implementation of Company payroll and social & health insurance complies with prevailing laws and regulations
Analysing training needs in conjunction with line managers; planning and delivering training, including staff inductions.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
At least 2 years of experience in HR field.
Computer literate. Good command of spoken and written English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to details and meticulous.
Energetic, self-starter, self-motivated and independent.
Understanding of labour law, regulations on social & health insurance, and labour issues at work.
