Job description:
- Manage the coworking & coliving branches of our business (training available)
- Work “hands on” in many areas, especially direct contact with members
- Make members feel welcome, ensure “above and beyond” level of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage membership tracking and new member orientation
- Handle marketing with freelancer
- Manage staff
- Event management
Job requirements:
- Very high level spoken English skills (good pronunciation, great listening)
- A lot of experience with Western culture
- At least 2 years experience working in hospitality industry or in relevant position
- Excellent customer service & people skills
- Observant - you notice problems, even small ones
- Self directed problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Having experience in SOPs is a plus
- Having management experience is a plus
