JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves supporting the creation, review, and management of legal documents and contracts, communicating with clients, assisting with advertisement modifications, and handling publication-related tasks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support in the creation, review, and management of contracts and other legal documents.
- Support in communicating with clients regarding contracts and payment procedures.
- Support in the modification and updates of advertisements placed by clients in our magazine.
- Support in our magazine's publication-related tasks.
- Arrangement of flight tickets and hotels for business trips.
- Support in the preparation for exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
- Execution of other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Gender: Any (female preferred)
- Age: 26-30 years old
- Education level: University
- Language: Japanese: JLPT N2

- Key experience:
- Japanese: JLPT N2, with strong business communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
- English: Able to read documents and write business emails.
- Experience handling contracts, legal documents, or related administrative work.
- Required Skills:
- Communication: Strong communication skills for both email and face-to-face interactions.
- Attention to Detail: Excellent at meticulously reviewing documents and contracts.
- Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who can work smoothly with other departments.
