Job Description

JOB SUMMARY:

This role involves supporting the creation, review, and management of legal documents and contracts, communicating with clients, assisting with advertisement modifications, and handling publication-related tasks.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support in the creation, review, and management of contracts and other legal documents.
Support in communicating with clients regarding contracts and payment procedures.
Support in the modification and updates of advertisements placed by clients in our magazine.
Support in our magazine's publication-related tasks.
Arrangement of flight tickets and hotels for business trips.
Support in the preparation for exhibitions, seminars, and other events.
Execution of other duties as instructed by the supervisor.

REQUIREMENTS:

Gender: Any (female preferred)
Age: 26-30 years old
Education level: University
Language: Japanese: JLPT N2
No. of experienced year:
Key experience:
Japanese: JLPT N2, with strong business communication skills (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).
English: Able to read documents and write business emails.
Experience handling contracts, legal documents, or related administrative work.
Required Skills:
Communication: Strong communication skills for both email and face-to-face interactions.
Attention to Detail: Excellent at meticulously reviewing documents and contracts.
Proactive & Collaborative: A self-starter who can work smoothly with other departments.
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proactive communication, excellent teamwork and experience with contract drafting.
We also consider factors such as: understanding of administration, knowledge related to Japanese language, experience with business development and contract management.
