JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor social media strategy and planning including developing platform-specific strategies.
• Monitor social media performance and develop monthly reports. Identify social media KPIs to be used to measure success.
• Generate insights based on social media campaign performances, consumer sentiments, and reactions, as well as social trends.
• Going through reports to make sure community sentiments are kept in check and if there are issues that need to be escalated, coordinate with the relevant team/stakeholders.
• Communicate with clients and partners.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
• A thinker and doer in creating content that could wow people and spread the spirit in the community.
• A motivational colleague who would be a perfect match with other departments’ members in teamwork and manage timeline to work with freelancers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•years of experience leading and managing social media strategy, planning, and day-to-day execution native to each channel
• Proficient social copywriter and content developer with a proven track record of leveraging social media to connect, inspire, and motivate brand audiences
• Strong visual aptitude, social-savvy, and aware of trends with demonstrated ability to communicate product value through written and edited stories/messages
• Strong background in social media performance analysis and reporting
• Results-oriented with strong project management skills
• Language: Proficiency in English (both speaking and writing)
