JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team, focusing on Media Partnership Development, Sponsorship & Brand Collaboration, and Campaign Management. This role involves building strong relationships, negotiating valuable partnerships, and ensuring successful campaign execution and reporting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Media Partnership Development
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners including TV, OTT, digital publishers, radio, and content platforms.
- Negotiate partnership and sponsorship opportunities to maximize value for all parties.
- Sponsorship & Brand Collaboration
- Develop sponsorship packages, branded content, and integrated partnership solutions.
- Work with brands to understand marketing objectives and recommend suitable sponsorship opportunities.
- Coordinate with media partners to execute campaigns and ensure alignment between brand goals and media capabilities.
- Campaign Management & Reporting
- Manage contracts, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on reach, engagement, and ROI.
- Provide recommendations to improve future partnership activities.
- Business Development
- Identify new media trends, partnership opportunities, and potential clients.
- Expand media network and develop upsell/cross-sell opportunities with existing partners.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with Marketing, Content, and relevant teams to deliver effective partnership campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in Media, Entertainment, Advertising, Marketing, or related industries.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of TV, Digital, OTT media channels and sponsorship models.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and present insights.
- Creative mindset and strong project management skills.
- Fluent English is a plus.
