Mô tả công việc

Job Description:
Greet, welcome and serve guests
Answering and transferring incoming calls
Schedule Meeting arrangement
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Supporting on organizing the internal events, company trip
Supporting Administration tasks & other job as assigned by Manager
Replenishing office supplies
Ensure clean and tidy office environment (for example only don’t need to include in advertising eg. Meeting room is ready to be used for the next meeting, air-conditioners are regularly service etc)

Job Requirement:
Meticulous, honest, responsible
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English communication (both written and verbal).
Good MS Office computer skills
Good time management and able to multi-task
Prior experience in Office and/or Administrative assistant preferred

Working Hours/ Day:
• Monday to Friday, :am to :pm
• Lunch break: 12pm - 1pm
