Cooperate with engineering/project department for placing orders to buy equipments relating to project
Find new suppliers, negotiate and agree with supplers for get product with good price and quality
Follow orders, delivery progress, invoices and make payments to suppliers
Make and check the contract, documents
Organize meetings and schedule customer visits, meet customers
Order stationery and office supplies
Maintain internal database, employee records, a system of data records about customers and external partners
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Prepare reports and presentations
Organize, store, and print company documents when needed
Handle requirements from managers and employees and support them
Update office policies and ensure compliance with these policies
REQUEST:
University or higher majoring in: Law, Business Administration, Economics, English Language, Office Administration
Fluency in English (English is the main language for communication)
Ability to organize, and work in a team
Having engineering and construction experience more advantage
At least 2 years of experience in a similar position
Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Organize scientific work and have the ability to organize well meetings.
Communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Honest, vivacious, dynamic, eager to learn, with a high sense of responsibility. Other expertise assigned by direct management or the Board of Directors of the Company.
