JOB SUMMARY:
We are hiring on behalf of our client, a growing international company seeking an experienced Performance Marketing professional to drive performance marketing initiatives across multiple markets. This role offers significant ownership of campaign strategy, optimization, and business growth while developing leadership capabilities through mentoring, process improvement, team collaboration and build the leadership experience required for future Team Lead positions
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own the planning, execution, optimization, and scaling of Meta advertising campaigns.
- Develop campaign strategies focused on user acquisition, growth, and profitability.
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CPA, CAC, CPI, ROAS, CTR, CVR, and retention-related KPIs.
- Design and oversee testing frameworks for audiences, creatives, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Analyze performance data and provide actionable recommendations to drive sustainable growth.
- Ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign measurement through Meta Pixel, CAPI, events, and UTM implementation.
- Enforce SOPs and checklists for naming conventions, pre-launch checks, daily monitoring, and risk control, and help refine these processes over time.
- Prepare clear daily/weekly performance summaries covering key insights, issues, and next-step plans.
- Work closely with creative teams to brief, test, and iterate on performance-driven ad assets, and contribute actively to campaign strategy discussions.
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and training activities when required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of Meta's ad ecosystem, conversion tracking, attribution models, and campaign optimization methodologies.
- Proven experience scaling performance-driven campaigns and achieving acquisition or revenue targets.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with performance tracking.
- Working-level proficiency in English or Chinese is advantageous.
- 1+ year leading, supervising, or formally mentoring a team of paid ads.
- Experience in mobile applications, fintech, or other performance-driven user acquisition environments.
- Familiarity with AdsPower, cloud desktop environments, or similar multi-account tools.
