Description:
- Documents / Data Understanding: Be able to read, review, and understand various business documents in English, and compare this information to financial data and try to identify any mistakes made by our client.
- Reports Preparation: Assist in the preparation and presentation of various reports to the manager and our clients regarding the mistakes identified in the documents or data.
- Quality Checks / Communication: Ensuring proper information flow between your team and the recovery department is maintained and the response time to all recovery department queries is kept to a minimum.
