CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Thực hiện nhập dữ liệu hồ sơ khám sức khỏe và các điều khoản hợp đồng vào hệ thống, hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác giải quyết bồi thường, đối chiếu, kiểm tra thông tin trên danh sách, hợp đồng công ty, và thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Nhập dữ liệu hồ sơ khám sức khỏe vào hệ thống.
Nhập các điều khoản hợp đồng vào phần mềm.
Hỗ trợ các phòng ban khác giải quyết bồi thường, đối chiếu , kiểm tra thông tin trên danh sách, hợp đồng công ty.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo yêu cầu của quản lý.

YÊU CẦU:

Có hiểu biết về mảng bảo hiểm - tài chính.
Sinh viên năm cuối hoặc mới tốt nghiệp.
Biết tiếng Anh là lợi thế.
Thành thạo tin học văn phòng Word, Excel,..
Có khả năng làm việc nhóm, làm việc độc lập.

Để thành công trong vai trò này, các kỹ năng cần thiết bao gồm: thành thạo Tin Học Văn Phòng, có kinh nghiệm với Teamwork, am hiểu Cẩn Thận, và sử dụng được Tiếng Anh cùng với khả năng làm việc Độc Lập.

Các tiêu chí bổ sung bao gồm: hiểu biết về Hành Chính, understanding of Parttime, có kiến thức liên quan đến Nhân Viên Văn Phòng, và understanding of Hành Chính Văn Phòng cùng với kinh nghiệm làm việc với Nhập Liệu.
