Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

Develop and lead the overall QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and lead the overall QA strategy, including test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications.
Manage and mentor a team of QA executives, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee the performance of test analysis, design, and execution for web and mobile applications, ensuring comprehensive coverage and high-quality outcomes.
Foster a high awareness of product quality within the team by improving system requirement definition accuracy and enhancing the UAT process.
Engage in projects at early stages to identify and address risk factors such as bugs and scheduling issues promptly.
Implement measures to prevent the recurrence of problems, promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the QA team.
Work closely with other departments, such as development and product management, to ensure seamless integration of QA processes.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing updates on QA activities, risks, and product quality status.
Report to: QAQC Manager in Japan
Manage to:
Development environment
Automation test: Autify
Backend: Ruby(on Rails), Go, Amazon Aurora(MySQL), Elasticsearch, DynamoDB
FrontEnd: Nuxt.js/Vue.js, ReactJS
Mobile App: Kotlin, Swift, Flutter
Deploy/ Build: CodePipeline, CodeBuild, CircleCI, GitHub

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role
Extensive knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes, particularly for web service and mobile applications
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Familiar with Agile/ SCRUM environment
Proficiency in Japanese (N2 level or higher)
Ability to communicate well in development projects
Nice to have
Good at English communication
Working experience in Japanese projects as QA/QC
Able to grasp trends and research new technologies
Experience working for web development related companies
In terms of skills, candidates should have: Agile, N2, kỹ năng giao tiếp, quản lý dự án and phân tích.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: Project Manager, QA/QC, ngôn ngữ Nhật, QA/QC Manager along with Developer.
