CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:
Develop seasonally recruitment plan or according to requirements; Propose training plans, implement training plans when needed; Manage the recruitment and selection process.
NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Develop seasonally recruitment plan or according to requirements;
Propose training plans, implement training plans when needed;
Manage the recruitment and selection process;
Resolve legal issues in recruitment;
Drafting documents and correspondence: confirmation letter, rejection letter, offer letter ... in accordance with the order and regulations of the Company;
Disseminate internal rules and regulations of the company to new employees;
Support drills, training, training courses on safety and professionalism for all crew members on board;
Answer questions from employees related to salary, bonus, processes and regulations of companies;
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management;
Handling disputes arising in labor relations;

YÊU CẦU:

Speak English fluently. Proficiency in Cambodian language would be an advantage;
Good communication skills;
Strong team building abilities;
Office PC knowledge: Word, Excel...;
Experience with full-cycle recruiting;
Good knowledge of labor legislation;
Fluent in interpreting and implementing companies and work rules;
Effective planner and organizer
Degree in Human Resources or related field;
In terms of skills, candidates should have: proficiency in Communication Skills, planning, negotiation, drafting contracts and office IT.
Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of Human Resources Administration, Human Resources Management, Recruitment Specialist, Contract Management and Labor Law.
