1. Organizational capability and staffing:
Design, communicate, and implement the performance management system
Lead staffing agenda (including recruitment, people movement) .
Responsible for execution of capability building agenda (training need analysis, development)
Support COO/ General Manager to implement organization changes (job descriptions, reporting, communication, etc.)
Responsible for headcount management (efficiency management and control)
2. Personnel administration:
Establish personnel policy, lead the communication, implementation & compliance
Employee relations: Set up and implement rewards & recognition, disciplinary, employee handbook and safety procedures
Employee cost control, HR planning and budgeting: Quarterly, annually
HR reports: manpower, headcount analysis, etc.
Responsible to ensure legal compliance in all HR-related matters
Execution of Payroll management
3. General administration:
Manage and arrange all administration matters to assure the company’s activities running smoothly
To be a liaison with the government & labor authority
Disciplinary execution
4. Culture management: Build initiatives to support company culture and ensure culture communication
5. Others:
Suggestions to improve HR effectiveness within the company
HR Projects as a business partner (Ex: Improve store management, capability for new product launch, etc.)
