2. Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Design and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy to attract and hire top talent.
- Enhance our employer brand to resonate strongly with professionals, optimizing effective sourcing channels.
- Lead a best-practice, full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring a positive and respectful experience for all candidates.
- Guide and collaborate with our TA (Talent Acquisition) specialist to achieve key hiring objectives.

Requirement
- Graduated from University
- From 8 years of HR/TA experience including 4 years of experience recruiting IT engineers
- Min 3 years of leader/manager experience (multiple companies preferred)
- Proven success in developing and executing end-to-end talent acquisition strategies.
- Experience in designing, implementing, and/or managing core HR systems (e.g., performance management, compensation, learning & development) effectively adapted to standards and employee expectations.
- Demonstrated team management or project leadership experience.
- In-depth understanding and practical application of Vietnamese labor laws and regulations.
- Good at English (written and verbal)
- A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic,fast-paced environment.
Salary : 2400$ Gross (depend on skills & performance)
Mon - Fri: 9h00-18h00; WFH: 1 day/week after probation time
