Brief:
As the Senior HR Executive for the Vietnam regional office at MKA Group, you will work closely with the Group HR (GHR) from the head office in Malaysia in managing the day-to-day HR operations in the regional office. Reporting directly to the country manager and dotted line to the Group HR, you will be responsible for connecting and coordinating with all the business units in the regional office.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full spectrum of HR support and manage the day-to-day HR operations;
Deliver HR initiatives in collaboration with GHR, business leaders / stakeholders and in alignment with the company aspiration and core values;
Work closely with GHR on every HR matters, manpower planning and comply with Group Policy as well as Labour Laws;
Responsible for the full cycle of recruitment activities up to onboarding for managerial level;
Prepare monthly payroll process to ensure payroll and statutory payment process on timely basis;
Prepare and process monthly employee claims;
Manage employee performance appraisal, performance issues and misconducts;
Handle staff welfare matters; conduct exit interview, analyze the data and define action plans for retention;
Act as intermediary between employers and employees in providing the best solutions;
Work closely with line managers; guiding them in understanding the policies and ensuring policies and procedures are conformed by all employees;
Recruitment from job posting, screening, coordinating for interviews and onboarding;
Provide reports and information as and when required by GHR and Head of BU;
Drive problem solving, continuous improvement projects and any other initiatives as assigned;
Ensure the employee attendance and leave application records are maintained and updated from time to time;
Manage office administrations;
Handle expatriate working permit process (end to end);
Other ad-hoc tasks relating to HR and Administrations from time to time.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or any relevant field.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required.
Able to converse in English is a must.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Outlook, etc.
Meticulous and high attention to detail.
Able to multitask, good stakeholder management skills with a strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
Possess a positive attitude, able to work independently, and good analytical skills.
Working hours: Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturday (8am to 5pm)
