- Strategize and plan for employer branding activities on both online (Shopee Facebook and LinkedIn) and offline channels (universities, social students in Vietnam and outside of Vietnam)
- Work closely with functions to produce engaging employer branding content on Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Plan and create content to post on Facebook and LinkedIn and other channels to build a strong employer branding for Shopee
- Build and execute social media campaigns through competitive research, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
- Work closely with universities to promote Shopee brand image among students in both Hanoi and Hochiminh city with engagement activities (sponsorship, career fair, industry seminar)
- Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Provide content writing on other channels e.g. career site
- Plan and manage budget for employer branding activities
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
