1. JOB DESCRIPTION
- Record, control, make correspondences, documents, contracts of department.
- Track health insurance, social insurance for the staffs. Manage leave days, days off, and time keeping for staff.
- Keep stock of office supplies, Order stationeries, place request for local purchase.
- Coordinate with Accounting Agency to handle some simple accounting tasks.
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
- Communicate with the Vietnamese distributors to support for the projects.
- Other assignments from the Direct Manager.
2. JOB REQUIREMENT
- 1 year of experience
- Having good communication and problems solving skill.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Careful, meticulous, thoughtful, able to work in detail (Detail Oriented)
- Fluent in English is a plus
- Having knowledge in trade promotion field is a plus.
