Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

Take ownership of planning, launching, managing, and continuously improving digital ad campaigns focusing on social media and web platforms to drive performance and achieve maximum impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ad Planning:
Propose advertising strategies that align with client goals and business objectives.
Identify suitable platforms for deployment (e.g., TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Google).
Define success metrics such as CVR, CPA, ROAS, CTR, Engagement Rate, and Video View Rate.
Set up audience targeting parameters and segment users effectively.
Campaign Setup & Execution:
Build and configure campaigns, ad groups, and creative assets.
Apply the most effective delivery strategies per platform (e.g., CBO, A/B testing).
Distribute and manage advertising budgets efficiently.
Optimization & Reporting:
Monitor real-time campaign data and key performance indicators.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance (daily, weekly, monthly).
Implement PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to enhance results, including creative and targeting adjustments.
Collaborate with creatives and designers to refine and improve ad materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Coordinate closely with project managers and design teams.
Research industry updates and competitor activities to suggest improvements and new ideas.

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SNS advertising platforms (e.g., TikTok, Meta, Instagram).
Strong analytical skills and the ability to optimize based on data.
Basic knowledge of tag implementation and conversion tracking.
Strategic thinking and problem identification skills.
Ability to communicate in English or Japanese.
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: marketing, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, research, and analysis.
We prioritize candidates with experience in: Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Admin Fanpage, Branding Marketing, and further marketing.

Salary in Gross & Net: 17 - 22 triệu gross.
WORKING CONDITION: Working time Monday - Friday: From 8:30 to 17:30 - full in office.
