Oversea HR & admin department and involve in every aspect of HR from strategic to operational issues including procedures and process improvement.
• Responsible for manpower planning and budgeting, perform recruitment, selection and retention.
• Payroll management coves monthly payroll, social insurance, PIT, annual bonus, evaluation system and yearly appraisal operation.
• Develop, implement and review training and development programs and activities to enhance competencies and capabilities of employees.
• Supervise administrative support activities: purchases of office equipment and supplies, transport arrangements, office security and maintenance.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years experience in leadership of HR position.- Good at English skill to communicate with Japanese Manager & HR Director (Singaporean)
- Good knowledge in relevant legislation such as Labor Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Social, Health and Unemployment Insurances regulations.
- Have working experience at Japanese companies
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary, processes, occupational health & safety requirements.
- Effective communication and good interpersonal skills to work with all organizational levels.
- Has ability to liaise with Authority and vendors.
- Creative, dynamic and team player with business acumen and passion for company business growth.
