CHI TIẾT CÔNG VIỆC:

Develop the sales plans in coordination with other staff to bring utmost efficiency and improve potentiality.

NHIỆM VỤ CHÍNH:

Develop the sales plans in coordination with other staff to bring utmost efficiency and improve potentiality.
Develop the standards for Sales and Marketing and benchmark rates across the locations.
Monitor the service and performance of the team by constant feedback from client and ensure the client is satisfied as agreed during finalization of the deal.
Monitor the functioning of the sales department on daily basis and report to superiors.
Ensure that services are delivered as expected by the client, if any discrepancies found, immediately inform the Superiors/Management.
Conducting weekly/ monthly meeting of all employees to evaluate the overall performance of the them and forward the MOM to management.
Identify training requirements of the team members and propose to the superiors.
Achieve own target set by the Management every month.
