Job Description
  • Proactively manage a portfolio of accounts in the assigned geographic/business market with the objective of exceeding the budgeted room revenue
  • Adopt a clear and strategic that drives up spend per head, while keeping operational costs to a minimum
  • Meet and exceed all agreed sales targets set by the DOSM
  • Conducting a minimum of 20 physical sales calls per week
  • Conduct telesales activity as directed
  • Service existing accounts and maximise their business for other services
  • Research and identify major prospects and formulate sales action plan to convert them into clients.
  • Meet and entertain supportive and potential clients in order to maintain or develop a mutually beneficial business relationship.
  • Maintain regular contact with all clients and report and adverse comments to management for rectification
  • Keep our marketing database up-to-date with detailed profiles of corporate accounts.
