Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

This is a start-up position for a Bridge System Engineer (BrSE) or a similar role, focusing on working with Japanese customers, managing projects, and analyzing requests for the development process. The role expects expansion into project management responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with Japanese customers on related projects about requirements, specifications, working process, etc.
Manage projects or work closely with Project Manager/Leader to monitor and control project
Analyze and transfer various requests to project team members during the whole development process

REQUIREMENTS:

More than 3 years of experience as a bridge engineer (BrSE) or related field
Intermediate English
Excellence communication in Japanese (N2 or similar)
Good understanding of the software development process with hands-on experience in programming skills (must have)
Experience in working with low level design documents
Must be independent, responsible, and selfmotivated with the ability to learn and achieve superior results
Working experience as a Project Manager.
Have experience living and working in Japan
Salary: Up to 3,000USD Gross
Working timeMonday - Friday: From 8:00 To 17:00
To succeed in this role, essential skills include: proficiency in Kỹ Năng Giao Tiếp, experienced with Làm Việc Độc Lập, N2, Quản Lý Dự Án and proficient in Tiếng Nhật.
Additional criteria include: understanding of Bridge System Engineer, Developer, Kỹ Sư Hệ Thống, Product Manager and Project Manager.
