JOB SUMMARY:

This role covers a wide range of duties from purchasing and inventory management to customer support, quality control, and international shipping (mainly to the EU).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Purchasing & Inventory Management / Customer Support / Quality Control (Including Overseas Shipping and Product Verification)
Negotiate with suppliers on price, delivery schedules, and quality; develop new suppliers
Develop purchasing plans, manage inventory, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and conduct stocktaking
Handle inquiries from domestic and overseas customers (especially EU clients), manage returns/exchanges, and adjust delivery schedules
Verify operation and quality of cameras and network devices; troubleshoot issues
Handle international shipping operations including EU (document preparation, customs procedures, carrier coordination)
Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams; propose and implement improvements
We are seeking a candidate to support our business growth by managing the increase in users and overseas shipping demands, ensuring stable logistics operations and improving customer satisfaction.
This role covers a wide range of duties from purchasing and inventory management to customer support, quality control, and international shipping (mainly to the EU).

REQUIREMENTS:

Gender: Female
Age27~35 yeas old
Education levelUni
LanguageJapanese N1 or N2
No. of experienced year Experience in purchasing or inventory management
Experience in purchasing or inventory management
PC skills (Intermediate Excel: functions, VLOOKUP, etc.)
Experience in customer service or logistics/warehouse operations
Communication skills in multicultural environments
Required professional skills are: N1, N2, proficient in Tiếng Nhật và experienced with Excel.
To meet job requirements, understanding of is needed: Logistics, Quản Lý Thu Mua và Nhân viên thu mua.
