Organize and maintain personnel records
Prepare HR documents, like offer letter and new hire guide
Manage and control staff locker’s file
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event)
Establish and maintain a group of contacts with Hospitality Colleges and student group to set up a system for entry-level employment and Casual Labor
Make the payroll for monthly Casual Labor, pay them ontime
Perform other assigned tasks by Manager
