The Trade Marketing is responsible for developing and implementing Trade Marketing strategy to achieve objectives.
Key Accountabilities
1. Data Management:
• Collect market information, prepare detailed report analyzing market situation by region, identify strength and weakness to propose appropriate programs
• Collect information from competitors: price, distribution strategy, promotional programs… in order to develop Trade marketing plan/strategy
• Consolidate and analyze market trends
2. Promotional Program Management:
• Develop and implement promotional and display programs of distribution/project team… Coordinate with related teams based on budget.
• Weekly market visits to understand and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional programs, thus propose commensurate action plans
• Prepare reports to evaluate every promotional/display/sales support program.
3. Advertising Program Management:
• Carry out market surveys, develop advertising programs and tools at points of sales (signboards, product display, POSM…) and on other communication channels based on budget
• Make plans, propose and implement the production of necessary POSM to improve brand awareness that can meet customers’ demands
• Report to assess the effectiveness
4. Other tasks:
• Support marketing events as requested
• Complete other tasks requested by Marketing Manager

• Measure and report performance of all assignments and assess against goals (KPI)
