Mô tả công việc

JOB SUMMARY:

You will join our product development team for the Japan market. Your role includes bridging communication between our Vietnamese development team and Japanese stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the development team by translating documents and requirements from Japanese to Vietnamese and vice versa.
Liaise directly with Japanese CEO, web director, and HQ team to clarify project requirements.
Interpret and translate IT industry terminology accurately for both teams.
Read and understand project specifications, then convey them clearly to the development team.
Participate in online meetings with both Vietnam and Japan teams to discuss tasks, technical solutions, and project timelines.
Support product testing and quality assurance.
Prepare and submit progress reports to the manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education: Bachelors degree or higher.
Language: Japanese N1Upper N2 level.
Experience:
- Junior Level: Minimum 3 years as IT Communicator, BA, BrSE, or Scrum Master.
- Senior/Lead Level:
  - Minimum 5 years as BrSE or PM.
  - At least 3 years in a management role.
  - We are looking for candidates possessing abilities such as: Japanese, Project Management, Analysis, Communication Skills accompanied by N1.
  - Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of: Project Manager, Bridge System Engineer, Developer, Business Analyst (BA) as well as Product Manager.
