Roles & Responsibilities
- Build and oversee HR team to support 1,000+ team members in the future
- Recruit enough employees who fit with our culture and skill requirement
- Manage labor contract, salary, compensation, social insurance for employees
- Build performance management systems and improvement system
- Build employee orientation, development, and training program
- Engage employee success of whole company
Qualifications/Requirement
- Native in Vietnamese and Business English
- 5+ years in similar roles
- Proactive, self-motivation, result-focus, Eager to learn new things.
- Good communication skills, hard and smart working, enthusiasm.
- We need all candidates to understand and share our vision and core values.
Salary & Benefit
- Competitive Salary & 13-month bonus(85% of gross salary)
- Working 5 days / week, 8 hours / day
- Salary review twice a year (Salary change from Jan and July every year)
- Annual Leave is 12 days/year (using after probation period)
