1. Make contract periodically of HR & GA Department;
2. Manage, follow & apply all permits for foreign (visa, passport, residence card...);
3. Perform payment proposal process for all cost of GA (include: cash advance process, refund for cash advance process);
4. Supervise the jobs of Security Team, Driver, Cleaner, Canteen;
5. Manage and implement the jobs of environment;
6. Manage and implement the jobs of Fire Fighting and Prevention;
7. Manage and implement the jobs of car and car insurance;
8. Other jobs of GA: make internal forms, follow up HR-GA cost, fuel report, decorate company, arrange & give gifts to officer.....
9. Other duties will be discussed through the interview.
