Develop a plan, organize and supervise the implementation of safety and order, occupational safety, occupational hygiene and fire prevention
Monitor daily camera system and send reports before 9am to General Director, evaluate the work performance of staff directly under the administrative office
Develop regulations, make plans related to the use of assets and equipment of the company
Track and update on time permits of foreigners and relatives of foreigners working at the company such as: work permit, temporary residence card, visa, labor contract, driving license vehicle
Organize and perform administrative tasks according to functions, duties and requests of the Board of Management
