JOB DESCRIPTION
- Organize the implementation of the General Manager's and Owner's resolutions and decisions; 
- Decide on issues related to the company's business activities;
- Organize the implementation of the company's business plan and investment plan;
- Representing the company in the negotiation and signing of economic contracts worth more thanbillion;
- Can represent the General Manager to work with foreign partners of the company;
- Can represent the General Manager to participate in international exhibitions and fairs;
- Creating an official relationship between the company and European trade promotion organizations such as EBN, Eurocham, andnterprise Europe Network);
- To serve as the focal point for establishing the company's membership or strategic partnership with other trade promotion organizations in Vietnam, such as Amcham, Icham, and Cancham;
- Assisting the company in becoming a strategic partner of government business support organizations such as Singapore Enterprise in Vietnam. Be accountable for business results to the General Manager/Owner;
- Proposing an organizational structure plan for the company;
- Proposing a plan to use profits or deal with losses in business;
- Under the direction of the Owner, recruit, sign labor contracts with employees, and sign service contracts with partners and customers;
- Other rights and obligations are subject to the Legal Representative's responsibility and the labor contract signed with the company.

 NỘI DUNG CÔNG VIỆC
- Tổ chức thực hiện nghị quyết, quyết định của Tổng giám đốc, Chủ sở hữu;
- Quyết định các vấn đề liên quan đến hoạt động kinh doanh của công ty;
- Tổ chức thực hiện kế hoạch kinh doanh và phương án đầu tư của công ty;
- Đại diện công ty đàm phán, ký kết các hợp đồng kinh tế dưới 01 tỷ đồng;
- Có thể thay mặt Tổng Giám Đốc để đại diện công ty làm việc với các đối tác nước ngoài của công ty;
- Đại diện Tổng Giám Đốc tham gia các triển lãm hội chợ tại nước ngoài; 
- Thiết lập mối quan hệ chính thức giữa công ty với các tổ chức xúc tiến thương mại tại châu Âu như EBN, Eurocham,,nterprise Europe Network);
- Là đầu mối thiết lập tư cách thành viên hoặc đối tác chiến lược của công ty với các tổ chức xúc tiến thương mại khác như Amcham, Icham, , Cancham tại Việt Nam;
- Giúp công ty trở thành đối tác chiến lược tại Việt Nam của các tổ chức hỗ trợ doanh nghiệp của chính phủ các nước như Singapore Enterprise. Chịu trách nhiệm trước Tổng giám đốc, Chủ sở hữu về kết quả kinh doanh;
- Kiến nghị phương án cơ cấu tổ chức công ty;
- Kiến nghị phương án sử dụng lợi nhuận hoặc xử lý lỗ trong kinh doanh;
- Tuyển dụng, ký kết hợp đồng lao động với người lao động và ký các hợp đồng dịch vụ với đối tác, khách hàng theo sự chỉ đạo của Chủ Sở Hữu;
- Quyền và nghĩa vụ khác thuộc trách nhiệm của Đại Diện Pháp Luật và hợp đồng lao động ký kết với công ty.
  
Experience Requirements:
- Must have at least 5 years of experience as a Manager in one of the following fields: management consulting, marketing consulting, promoting services in foreign and Vietnamese markets, and assisting the General Manager. In the absence of the General Manager, the General Manager performs daily tasks in support of the company's business activities;
- Bachelor's degree in one of the majors in Economics or Marketing;
- English level like native speakers oror higher, English - British accent;
- Be familiar with software such as Canva, Cello, and Powerpoint;
- A person who has spent at least two years working directly with an enterprise that has become a strategic partner of Singapore Enterprise in other countries.
