JOB SUMMARY:
This role involves welcoming students and customers, supporting their English language development, contributing to sales targets, handling inquiries, monitoring customer satisfaction, and assisting with daily operations. This position welcomes fresh graduates and does not require prior experience, emphasizing a high level of English proficiency and a customer-oriented approach.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Welcome students and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support students with revision and practice activities, helping them improve and strengthen their English skills.
- Contribute in internal sales targets by improving student retention and increasing course renewal rates.
- Communicate with customers, handle inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams when needed.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and support daily operational tasks.
- Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
- No experience required – fresh graduates are welcome.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Young, energetic, open-minded, and customer-oriented.
- Hardworking, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- In terms of skills, candidates should have: communication skills, consulting, and teamwork.
- Additionally, candidates should have knowledge of customer care, customer service, educational consulting, enrollment, and sales skills.
