- Being responsible for contract issues of hotels in assigned region.
- Developing and maintaining relationship with all hotel suppliers in assigned region.
- Looking for new hotels / Making hotel site inspection and report in accordance with guideline.
- Proceed contracts / addendum / any contracting relevant documents.
- Reaching the assigned accommodation target for contract season / peak seasons.
- Get SPO / Offers from hotels.
- Double check and solve rate disparity.
- Keep tracking hotels’ production.
- Handle arisen troubles (guests’ complaint / hotel issues / contract issues / etc….).
- Coordinate to make working going smoothly between other departments (finance / reservation / product / quality control / operation) with hotels.
- Making weekly report and other reports as per Hotel Contract Director.
- Carry out any incident task requests from managers.
- Back up for team or additionally in charge new regions as per Manager’s request.
