1. Job description:
- External communication with the insured, policyholders via email and phone about:
+ Insured personal information
+ Healthcare Claim status
+ Terms and conditions of the insurance policy
+ Missing claim document, …
- Ensure the respect of timeline of answer as mentioned in the internal guideline.
- Ensure high level of communication which is but not limited to:
+ Provide courteous and accurate answers
+ Follow closely the requests and ensure the respect of recall timing
+ Report to line manager all difficulties met by the team
+ Internal communication with the account managers (if lack of information about the insured and/or the guarantee of the contract)
- Other tasks assigned by Line manager
2. Job requirements:
- College degree.
- Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, Power Point.
- High integrity, good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Client-oriented, innovative and critical sense.
- Be able to work in a team.
- Be able to work under pressure.
- English – intermediate level.
