Job Description
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, fixed assets and bank reconciliations;
- Make A/R, A/P reports and analysis
- Participate in regular audits (tax, financials), statutory inspections;
- Prepare budgeting reports and forecast revenues (where applicable);
- Prepare statutory reports and consolidate other relevant reports;
- Manage month-end and year-end closing;
- Monitor the daily performance of the accounting clerks;
- Organize & maintain updated records;
- Ensure compliance with the Amass's finance & accounting policies and procedures and Government regulations;
- Be in charge of external contacts with suppliers, clients, auditors and relevant local authorities as delegated by the Accounting Manager/Country Finance Manager.
- Assist the HAN Accounting Manager/Country Finance Manager in projects and undertake other assignments as delegated by HAN Accounting Manager/Country Finance Manager.
