Responsibilities:
- Assists in phone and online booking and reservations;
- Manage phone calls and provide advice on approaching the clinic – book appointments;
- Registers arriving patients and assigns to treatment rooms;
- Provides directions and assistance to patients to reach their examination room;
- Solves problems by proactively communicating with patients and colleagues;
- Performing cashier related functions like posting charges to patient accounts;
- Understand the workflow, products of the clinic and advising patients about it;
- Understands pricing regulations and follows discount strategy;
- Using proper telephone etiquette and discussing on phone with patients;
- Reports any unusual occurrences or requests to the manager or assistant manager;
- Knows and follows all safety and emergency procedures;
- Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
Job Requirements:
- Colleague or University Degree is preferred;
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. printer, phone, computer,…);
- Strong communication and people skills;
- Customer service orientation;
- Good organization and multi-tasking abilities;
- Problem – solving skills;
- Good command of English or Japanese or Korean.
