Mô tả công việc

[TDM/Bình Dương- 10 slots] SALES STAFF (Wholesale/Retail)~13tr
Chuỗi cửa hàng danh tiếng của Nhật Bản thành lập store đầu tiên tại Việt Nam. Cơ hội trở thành Key member và phát triển trong môi trường chuyên nghiệp

Salary: VND 7.000.000～13.000.000
Working time: Work in shifts (08:00-21:00) 8 hours per shift including Saturday and Sunday. 1-2 days off per week.

Job Description
- Lead the operations in store, including operating cost, manpower plan, area management, shelf organizing, product preparation, and performance development to ensure gross sales
- Monitor communication with buying and merchandising to ensure effective coordination
- Prepare and complete online store orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule. (load, pack, wrap, label, ship and deliver.)
- Receiving goods from Distribution Center.
- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Maintain a fully stocked store and keep up to date with product information.
- Follow all companies’ policies and procedures.

Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in related field ( already have degree)
- Have communication skills, including English skills
- English speaking Skills(the same as TOEIC 700)
OPEN FRESHER
- Preferable skill: Japanese Language
- Study abroad experience in Japan or Work experience at a Japanese company is better.
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality.
- Able to follow the retail operating hours and work on weekends and public holidays if required.
- Team player and able to engage with store employees
- Work location may change when the next store opens.
- Candidate possess 1 Year(s) of working experience in the retail field is better
