Responsibilities
-Investor Relations Management
+ Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing investors, providing timely updates on portfolio performance and presenting new investment opportunities.
+ Ensure high levels of investor satisfaction through clear communication and personalized interactions.
- Fundraising Strategy Development & Results Driving
+ Set ambitious fundraising targets and work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed these goals.
+ Identify and target potential investor segments, including high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors, establishing a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
+ Guide the sales team in identifying and prospecting potential investors, tailoring outreach strategies to different investor segments.
+ Monitor team performance, analyze sales metrics, and implement strategies to drive results.
+ Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and emerging sectors within the venture capital landscape.
- Sales Process Optimization
+ Continuously improve the sales process by introducing new methodologies, tools, and best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Implement data-driven approaches to streamline workflows and maximize conversion rates.
- Leadership & Cross-department Collaboration
+ Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and dedication to investor satisfaction.
+ Provide guidance and support to team members, empowering them to achieve individual and team fundraising targets.
+ Work closely with the investment team to understand the firm's investment thesis, strategies, and portfolio companies.
+ Collaborate with the legal and compliance team to maintain investor documentation and records.

+ Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the venture capital or alternative investment industry.
+ Strong track record of successfully raising capital from a diverse range of investors.
+ In-depth knowledge of the venture capital market, investment strategies, and fundraising best practices.
+ Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing sales talent.
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
+ Familiarity with CRM software and investor relations tools.
Salary : ~$2000 + commission
Working time: Mon-Fri: 8:00-16:30
