Country Manager (m/f/d) – OEM & Distribution Business – Vietnam
 Our client is a leading manufacturer of Power Drive System solutions and ranks. With a global workforce exceeding 10000 individuals, including 5,000 in Europe, our client's product portfolio encompasses motors, inverters, generators, power supply batteries, transformers, and related products spanning a power range from a few Watts to 100 Megawatts.
 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Country Manager who will serve as the primary liaison with customers, predominantly within the OEM/Distribution market in Vietnam. Focused on producing electric motors and drive systems, tailored to both small and large series customer-specific solutions across various industrial segments.
 
Your Responsibilities:
- Independently acquire key account customers in the designated regions.
- Manage acquisition, bid processing, and contract negotiation.
- Maintain relationships with decision-makers at end-user, EPC, and OEM levels.
- Handle complaint processing in collaboration with Customer Service.
- Explore market potential and identify new application fields.
- Prepare market volume analysis, competitor analysis, marketing plans, and budgets.
- Assume responsibility for sales budgets and reporting.
- Deliver presentations and conduct customer trainings.
 
Your Qualifications:
- Completion of studies in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, preferably with a focus on electrical drive technology, large machines, and converters.
- 10+ years of experience in motor sales and other technical products, with a preference for electrical drive technology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel.
- High level of commitment, goal orientation, and self-motivation.
- Residency within the sales region is preferred.
