Job description:
- Record daily accounting transactions into the accounting software.
- Assist in preparing periodic internal financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annually).
- Verify and compare detailed and summarized data.
- Monitor accounts receivable.
- Review and control the costs of each payment order.
- Possesses financial and auditing mindset.
- Manage and store accounting records and documents in a systematic and complete manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the chief accountant.
Requirements for candidates:
- Proficient in computers and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
- Two years or more of work experience.
- Proficient in using accounting software.
- Graduated from college or university with a major in accounting, auditing, or corporate finance.
- Be careful, meticulous, and accurate in record keeping.
- Enthusiastic and proactive in work.
- Adhere to information security and company regulations.
- Good organizational and document management skills.
