JOB DETAILS:
This position is responsible for managing records, documents, and paperwork, performing general tasks such as data and employee record keeping, timekeeping, office management, as well as recruitment and training of personnel.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Managing files, papers, and documents.
- Perform general tasks such as data and employee record keeping, timekeeping, and office management.
- Recruitment and training of personnel.
- Implement and enforce company policies and regulations.
- Managing the company's assets and equipment.
- Handling salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Reception duties.
REQUEST:
- Graduated with a major in Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields.
- At least one year of accounting experience is required.
- Proficient in Excel and accounting software.
- Honest and careful.
- Those without much experience will receive additional guidance and support.
- Candidates should possess skills such as auditing, data analysis, and data processing.
- We prioritize candidates with experience in: Other HR Administration roles, HR Administration positions, and HR Manager positions.
