Job Description

JOB DETAILS:

This position requires monitoring and verifying revenue, reconciling daily accounts receivable, and assisting in handling related issues. You will also be responsible for preparing periodic revenue and accounts receivable reports and reconciling data with relevant departments.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and check daily revenue.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable on a daily basis.
We remind you of outstanding debts, update you on payment status, and assist in handling any arising issues.
Prepare periodic revenue and accounts receivable reports as required.
Compare revenue figures with relevant departments.
Verify the accuracy of invoices and revenue documents.
Assist with other accounting tasks as required.

REQUEST:

Graduated with a degree in Accounting/Finance.
Having 6 months to 1 year of experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Excel, good at data processing.
Be careful and responsible in your work.
In terms of skills, candidates need to possess: data processing, data analysis, proficiency in Excel for auditing, along with the ability to prepare financial reports and import data into Misa.
To meet job requirements, knowledge of: Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, Internal Accounting, Production Accounting, and a strong understanding of Accounting and Finance are necessary.
