Key Accountabilities
- Together with related department (Actuary, Legal & Compliance, IT, NBU, Claim…) to build up successful new products, especially ILP product.
- Review and give comments on Term & Conditions on POS and Customer’s view.
- Review Op spec. and give comments on POS and Customer’s view.
- Work with IT/Vendors to build up suitable function / system to new products (Prepare User requirement, UAT, prepare user guide and implementation …etc).
- In charge of reviewing and work with related department to enhancing systems to serve customer better.
- Together with POS/PC/CS/Call Center/Customer Care and related department to make proposal to revise / update POS guideline / procedure to bring pleasure to customer and Financial Advisor’s experiences.
- Back up / support POS daily tasks when needed.
- Perform other tasks as assigned from time to time
- Performance measures
- New products, especially ILP product is build and go live within TAT with:
- Term & Conditions of new products are accurate and easy understand to customers and users.
- Op spec. is clear and “can do” with the system and users according to Term & Conditions of new products.
- System is ready to perform POS / PC/ CS / Call Center / Customer Care daily task for new products
- No valid complaints from internal and external customers related to POS’s guideline / procedure.
- Contribute to complete POS daily tasks within TAT (when required).
- Willing to do and complete daily other tasks as assigned.

University graduated.
At least 2 years experienced in POS process related to the ILP product.
