    ■Job description
    Our company is rapidly expanding and in need of an enthusiastic Senior HR Executive that is a self-starter and able to go the extra mile. You will play a key role in the expansion and growth of our organization, your responsibilities include, but not limited to the following tasks:

    - Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle, including implementation of effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques, offer negotiation.
    - Administers employee performance review, promotion, transfer, annual increment.
    - Providing support in day-to-day HR Operations such as on-boarding/ off-boarding of employees, maintaining personnel records in the HR system.
    - Engage with line managers and provide HR management support under group HR Guidelines.
    - Handle the full spectrum of HR from recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, salary, and benefit, to offboarding with solid operation.
    - Effectively communicating the organization HR policies to the employees.
    - Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner.
    - Attend weekly/monthly meetings with respective divisions, giving feedback to the HRD if necessary.
    - Other ad-hoc HR tasks when needed.

    - Team structure : Bên này hoạt động mô hình scrum master.

    ■REQUIREMENTS
    - At least 3-5 years of experience in HR with a strong technical recruitment background. You should be happy to straddle the broad spectrum of HR, from operational.
    - Minimum education level: Diploma in Business/HR or relevant fields to human resources management.
    - Proactively follow up and get things done.
    - Experience in hiring technical positions independently in the IT field such as software developer, data scientist, data engineer, QA engineer, etc.
    - Have strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills with a positive attitude and take ownership in the roles and projects.
    - Excellent consulting/communication skills and available to interact with employees at all levels.
    - Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
    - Meticulous and sensitive to numbers.
    - Communication skills in English is a must.

    ■Working time: Full Time - Working remotely. 5 days per week/ 8 hours per day.
