■Job description
- Lead a team of 4-5 members to accomplish tasks to meet deadline on time
- Assign tasks to members
- Deploy design PCB plan of fan/step motor following to mother company's request - Check specifications of motor and PCB - Execute related reports
- Other tasks assigned by Japanese Section Head
■REQUIREMENTS
- Education: College
- Major: Mechatronics, Electric - Electronics
- Language: Japanese (N3~) or English(Fluent)
- Gender & Age: Female/Male >26
- Experiences: 1-3 years as designer team leader
- Computing skills: MOS Proficiency
- Soft skills: Leadership, Communication
- Characteristics : Leadership, Communication
- Others: Must have experience and knowledge about design motor, PCB
■Salary in NET/gross: USD GROSS
■Working time: Thứ 2 đến thứ 6 (từ 7:20~16h55), Nghỉ giải lao: 09:30 – 09:40 và 14:30 – 14:40, Giờ nghỉ trưa: 11:40 – 12:15
