Job Description 1. Export staff (Night shift) - Major Responsibilities • Handle Sea and Air export and import shipments, take care of customer service and documentation • Coordinate with local agents and overseas partners, airline, co loader to work smoothly, handling customer inquiries. • Im-Export document filling control • Prepare all documents needed for Customs clearance & inspection. 2. Import staff (Night shift) - Major Responsibilities • Provide excellent customer service • Utilize our system to track, trace, follow up, release cargo, and deliver shipments • Review shipping documents, and client billing for consistency and accuracy • Ensure clientscustomers receive documents promptly and on time • Follow up with clientscustomers with updated shipment information and availability • Work with customs brokerage to ensure entryclearance of shipments • Work well in a team environment and within global offices network II. Requirements: 1. Attention to detail, excellent organization, ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure, and have the ability to work well in a team environment. 2. From 1 to 2 years experience in importexport of goods or position equivalent (entry level is also welcome) 3. Knowing import or export 4. Familiar with customs regulations and procedures. 5. Good at Microsoft Excel, Data management. 6. Strong English speaking and writing skill (mandatory) 7. Education: Bachelor Degree (Preferred) III. Other details: 1. Company office: STH05.12 28th Street, Le Hong Phong 1 Urban Area, Phuoc Hai, Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa, Vietnam. 2. Working time: Night shift 10:30PM to 7:30 AM, Monday to Friday 3.
