1.  About us
Our group of companies has over 20 years’ experience in the retail business throughout Vietnam and now wish to expand our online and social media presence including expanding our ecommerce.

2.  Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Digital Marketing Supervisor to join our awesome team!
As a Digital Marketing Supervisor at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing the overall company's digital marketing strategy.
Digital marketing strategies are extremely important to our company's success, so your role will play a crucial part in achieving our business goals and objectives.
We are expecting you to have experience and a big passion for digital technologies and various digital marketing channels.

3. Duties & Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Planning and Strategy
- Develop marketing strategies through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification to attract customers to company website, online presence and promote online products & services.
- Lead the implementation of digital marketing roadmap, plan to ensure goals for online products or services are met and to improve overall key performance metrics.
- Manage all company’s social media channels (such as Websites, Facebooks, Instagram’s, LinkedIn, Google accounts)
- Create interesting and relevant content for social media, company website, and any other digital platforms in line with overall brand and communication strategy.
- Set up & optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Handle all website updates and ensure the website is up to date.
Analytics and Reporting
- Analyze online stats/data, insights and identify the best practice to optimize online marketing performance.
- Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and asses against the targeted plans.
- Prepare weekly conversion report to the Manager.

4. Job Requirements
- Should hold Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Administration or have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar position and have a proven track record of achieving great results through Social Media
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role in advertising agencies, retail companies, e-Commerce companies or any other related industries.
- Exceptional English skills.
- Knowledge of Wordpress is an advantage.
- Communication, collaboration and problem solving and decision-making skills.
- Solid technical/Professional Knowledge & Skills: Facebook, Google, Instagram, Marketplaces….
- Solid understanding of web metrics, digital analytics tools (comscore, similarweb, social tools etc), with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.
